1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.
Note: The delivery time for pre-order items may vary depending on stock availability and arrival time.
2. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide, and we’re constantly expanding our delivery coverage.
3. How will my order be shipped?
We partner with reliable global logistics providers to ensure safe and fast delivery.
The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and shipping efficiency.
4. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, depending on product type or warehouse location, items may be shipped separately.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for each package once it has been dispatched.
5. Can I change my delivery address after the order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we can’t modify the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes of purchase and place a new one with the correct information.
Notes:
• Orders canceled after 1 hour of placement may incur return shipping fees.
• If an incorrect address is provided and leads to package loss or delivery failure, the customer will bear full responsibility. Croo Fluid will not issue replacements or refunds in such cases.
6. I received a different product from what I ordered. What should I do?
