Q1. What is CROOFLUID? Are these really ferrofluid headphones?
Yes. CROOFLUID is our signature over-ear headphone that combines immersive sound, active noise cancelling and a live ferrofluid display on the earcup. The dark liquid you see inside the window is real ferrofluid that responds to a magnetic field, creating smooth, organic shapes that move with your audio in real time.

Q2. Can I see the ferrofluid moving while I’m wearing the headphones?
You won’t see it directly while wearing them, but people around you will. The ferrofluid window is designed as an outward-facing visual – perfect for content creation, streaming, travel and daily use. When you take them off, you can also enjoy watching the movement up close.

Q3. Are these headphones only about the visual effect, or do they actually sound good?
The visual is a big part of the experience, but we designed CROOFLUID to be your daily driver, not just a toy. You still get: • Rich, detailed sound for music, movies, and games

• Active noise cancelling and transparency mode (where available)

• Comfortable over-ear cushions for long sessions

• Stable Bluetooth connection and low-latency game mode

Safety & Ferrofluid

Q4. Is the ferrofluid safe?

Yes. The ferrofluid we use is non-toxic and fully sealed inside a dedicated chamber. It never comes into contact with your skin or the outside environment during normal use.


Q5. Will the ferrofluid leak or dry out over time?

The ferrofluid is enclosed in a sealed capsule made from durable, transparent material. Under normal use it will not leak, evaporate or need to be refilled. Please avoid exposing the headphones to extreme heat, sharp impacts or intentional disassembly, as that can damage the chamber.


Q6. Does the ferrofluid affect sound quality?

No. The ferrofluid display is separated from the acoustic chamber. It’s there for visual expression only and does not interfere with the driver or tuning of the headphone.

Features & Usage

Q7. How long does the battery last?
Battery life will vary with volume and whether noise cancellation/lighting is on, but in typical use you can expect up to around 48 hours of playback on a full charge in standard Bluetooth mode. Battery life will decrease slightly when the ferrofluid effect and ANC are enabled; this is normal.

Q8. Can I turn off the ferrofluid effect and lights?
Yes. You can switch off the visual effect when you want to save power or stay in low-profile mode. In “visual off” mode, it's a clean, minimalist high-end headphone.

Q9. Are they comfortable for long listening sessions?
CROOFLUID uses soft over-ear cushions, a padded headband, and a balanced clamping force to distribute the weight evenly. Most users can wear them for several hours continuously and still feel comfortable. If you're not used to it at first, we recommend adjusting the headband length and angle to find the most comfortable position for you.

Q10. Do they have Active Noise Canceling (ANC)?
Our headphones include digital hybrid ANC (spec may vary by batch / region). You can switch between ANC, transparency and standard modes depending on your environment.

Q11. Can I use them wired as well as wireless?
CROOFLUID connects primarily via Bluetooth. If your version includes a 3.5mm audio port, you can also use the supplied audio cable for wired listening (for example, on airplanes or with dedicated audio gear). Please refer to the actual product accessories you receive.

Q12. Are the headphones water-resistant?
CROOFLUID is designed for everyday indoor and light outdoor use, but it is not a waterproof or sports headset. Please avoid heavy rain, submersion, showering or using it in very humid environments.

Orders, Shipping & Taxes

Q13. Where do you ship from and which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide to most major regions. Orders are fulfilled from our partnered warehouses, and the system will automatically choose the best route based on your shipping address.

Q14. How long will delivery take?
Typical delivery times:

• Processing: 1–3 business days

• Shipping: 7–15 business days for most international destinations

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the country, peak shipping season, and customs clearance. A more accurate estimate will be displayed on the checkout page.

Q15. Do I need to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes?
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be charged VAT/GST, customs duties, or customs clearance fees. Unless explicitly stated as “Duties & Taxes Included” at checkout, these fees are usually borne by the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for more accurate information.

Q16. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot directly change the address; this will require assistance from the local carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Q17. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your CROOFLUID headphones. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

• Packages returned without confirmation may not be successfully signed for.

(You can change the 30-day period to 28/14 days, etc., depending on your actual policy, and specify whether you need to bear the shipping costs.)

Q18. Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to request a full refund. Once the order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, it will be processed according to the normal return procedure.

Q19. Is there a warranty?
CROOFLUID headphones come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (the specific period can be written as 12 months, for example: "12-month limited warranty"). Warranty coverage typically does not include: damage caused by human error, liquid damage, unauthorized disassembly, or problems caused by improper use.

Q20. How do I start a return or warranty claim? Please email our support team with:

Q21. How should I clean and care for my CROOFLUID headphones?
• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headband and ear cushions
• Avoid alcohol, strong detergents or solvents
• Do not press hard on the ferrofluid window – just gently wipe the outer surface
• Store the headphones in a cool, dry place, preferably in a protective case

Q22. Can I use CROOFLUID for gaming and video calls?
Yes. Thanks to low-latency Bluetooth mode and clear microphone pickup (subject to the actual situation of your product), CROOFLUID works well with PC, consoles (via Bluetooth or cable, if supported) and mobile devices for games, streaming and online meetings.
